What method of payments can I use?

How long will it take to receive my order from the date of purchase?
All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail within’ 14 business days. However, if there is a promotion, sale or custom order, items may take longer than 14 days to process. Tracking numbers are issued when the item is packaged and will be sent via the email verified on Paypal. Please keep in mind that Powder Room D is a small independent boutique as we try to accommodate all our clients. As a transparent company we will issue an email to update shipment inquiries, products, or out of stock items to ensure customer satisfaction and knowledge. Please be advised that we ask you to avoid inquiring about your order on social media for security purposes.
If I make a purchase on Powder Room D and then realize that the same item is now on sale can I be credited the difference in sales price?
All orders are final and cannot be cancelled. We do not grant any price adjustments or credits under any circumstance.
Do the stock wigs come in different cap sizes?
All of our stock wigs are one size fits most. You can, however, tighten the cap by using the straps on the nape of the neck. If you desire, you can request custom orders to be made specifically to your head measurements by emailing email@example.com.
I have seen some of the heat safe synthetic wigs listed on Powder Room D being sold by another company. Why is that?
Some of our wigs are stock wigs and are mass-produced and sold to numerous companies. However, there are different grades of quality, i.e material, that factor in price difference. The type of synthetic hair fibers being used may vary from wig-to-wig along with construction and density.
We at Powder Room D hold our products to a standard; only selling quality items that live up to our name. All of our wigs have been carefully chosen and specifically tailored for a more realistic look and feel.
Aside from stock wigs we will also have our own one-of-a-kind heat safe synthetic wigs, which will solely be sold on Powder Room D. These are custom designs created by us and mass-produced solely for our company.
Do you have a physical store that I can shop at?
No. We are an online only store.
Where is Powder Room D based?
We are based out of New York City.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. We do offer wholesale discounts for larger orders. Please contact us directly for more information.
I'm worried about my package being stolen from my mailbox/door. How can we avoid this?
Please contact us immediately and let us know that you would like a signature required upon delivery.
I entered my address incorrectly! What do I do?
Email us via our contact tab IMMEDIATELY. Make sure to include your order # and the correct mailing address.
My package was deemed "undeliverable" by the USPS and is being held at my local post office. What do I do?
First, call your local post office where they are holding your package and see if they will give you your package with proof of purchase and matching tracking number. If they say no, the package will be returned to us. At that point, we can attempt to resend with a different carrier or use a different address format. Please make sure you enter your correct address when ordering with us to prevent situations like this.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS DETAILS
Please be aware that orders shipped to destinations outside the United States are subject to taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and all other expenses related to the import of products into that country from the United States. Powder Room D is not able to add these fees to your order before checkout. Since these laws and fees can change over time, Powder Room D encourages customers to check with the applicable Customs offices before placing an order. Powder Room D will not reimburse the Customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal. If your package is returned to us we will only refund the product price, shipping charges are non refundable. We must declare all orders as merchandise with the correct description and value. We will not declare your order as a gift or with a lower value since this is against existing laws.
Why is my tracking information not updating? It says pre-shipment.
Unfortunately, USPS has been congested and it takes time for updates to happen.
I want to return my item.
